One of my good friends in Australia (Almog) is also a successful internet entrepreneur.  I was lucky enough to be the guest star for his first interview ever!  I think it went pretty well.  We talk a lot about the start of my flagship site, and how it grew to be what it is today.  Almog does a lot of affiliate marketing, but is starting to transition into running an authority community-based website instead.

Give it a listen and let me know what you think!  It’s like an hour and a half long, so grab some popcorn.

    Cool Interview Almog and tom..
It was interesting to hear about SupplementReviews and how your generating content with product giveaways. I tried something similar with motorcycle parts.

Can’t wait for your follow-up article on finding websites to buy.

Good interview! Great tips on starting forums. I also taught myself to code PHP for website projects. Unoriginality I did not have the follow through to keep it going for as long as you did without making any money.

Really looking forward to Part 3 of your finding an old website. Hope you can publish it soon!

Great interview! Always interesting to hear a story of how a website become popular.

I didn’t realize the value of “reputation” until listening to this podcast. If/when i start a community online, i will def keep this in mind.
